“We once had a request to stock the kitchen with six different kinds of Oreos,” Edoardo said. “We didn’t even know there were six kinds! But we found them.” Another time he got a phone call at 2:00 a.m. It seems a group of gentlemen in one of the villas had a craving for several types of ice cream, so it was off to the freezer.

At just 1800 acres, this little gem of an island is a short ferry ride from Tortola. In addition to the villas, Peter Island Resort has only 52 guestrooms and three villas, along with a 10,000-square-foot spa, so even at full capacity it still feels like your own private island.
